Include this information
- The email address used for your Legal Advisor account.
- Whether you want your account, conversations, matters, documents, referrals, or all associated personal data deleted.
- A matter reference if you are requesting deletion of a guest conversation.
We may ask you to verify that you control the account before processing the request. We will confirm what was deleted. Some information may be retained where required for legal obligations, security, dispute resolution, or the rights of another person. Provider backups may follow separate retention schedules.
Do not include your password, session token, or unnecessary sensitive legal details in the email.
